Term and condition
1. The Warranty is applicable on the ReStore Battery purchased by you as per the details mentioned above.
2. The warranty will be applicable for a period of __ months from the date of purchase.
3. To claim service or replacement of your ReStore battery during the warranty period, please contact the ReStore Warranty Service Provider as mentioned at the bottom of this certificate only.
4. At the time of claiming service or replacement during the warranty period, you need to show the Original Invoice OR Digital Warranty certificate of your battery to validate/authenticate the battery serial number, date of purchase and warranty expiry date.
5. All claims should be made within the warranty period only. All Claims will be serviced by ReStore Warranty Service Providers only.
6. If the ReStore battery is shifted to any location, other than the address mentioned in the warranty certificate, then the warranty will be serviced by the ReStore Warranty Service Provider in the same locality/ address as mentioned in the warranty certificate.
7. During the warranty period, if the ReStore battery fails, then the ReStore Warranty Service Provider will repair or revive or replace the ReStore battery free of cost, if the battery cannot be repaired or revived or replaced then the faulty battery will be taken back and the cost of the ReStore battery will be refunded back to the customer for the remaining warranty period on a pro rata basis. For e.g.; if any ReStore battery sold at Rs. 6,000 with a warranty of 12 months fails in the 8th month, and it cannot be repaired or revived or replaced, then the ReStore Warranty Service Provider will take back the failed ReStore battery and refund Rs. 2,000 for the remaining 4 months warranty period on a pro rata basis.
8. If the battery or its parts are found damaged / tampered or mishandled or if the battery is damaged due to calamity or natural hazards like Fire, earthquake, cyclone, tempest etc. or if there is a FORCE MAJURE situation, then the warranty will become invalid.
9. ReStore Warranty Service Provider reserves the right to physically inspect the battery under warranty at any time.
10. Customer acknowledges to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
