Grow with us.
A non-threatening, ethical work environment guided by fair labour practices, equality of opportunity and respect for the rights and dignity of all employees.
A workplace built on dignity.
We value our people through a competitive benefits package, training and career development. Core values of integrity and excellence guide our HR practices, helping us develop and maintain a motivated, skilled workforce.
Lead exposure is the defining occupational risk in battery work, so safety is not a separate policy from HR — it is the same commitment. Protective equipment, exposure monitoring and controlled handling are covered under our labour and human rights framework, which extends to contractors as well as employees.
Ethical & fair
Zero tolerance for discrimination and harassment, and transparent treatment for every employee.
Learning first
Comprehensive training, regular feedback and career development across every function.
People & community
Respect, collaboration and personal growth. We are building a community, not just a company.
Work-life balance
Support that goes beyond the workplace, nurturing personal wellbeing alongside professional goals.
Our most valuable assets are our people.
Our commitment to personnel development is underpinned by comprehensive training and career development. We provide the team with the means for good work, constant learning and skill building, with regular assessment and feedback.
We are proud of our ethical standards and transparency. Zero-tolerance policies against discrimination and harassment ensure a secure work environment, and our commitment extends beyond the workplace to supporting work-life balance.
We are not building a company — we are building a community. Female participation in service operations stands at 32%, well above the sector norm, and the apprentice-to-engineer pathway is a large part of why.
Internships.
Internships are open to students and early-career candidates, with mentoring and a defined route into engineering, R&D and field-service roles.
No prior battery industry experience is required. Technician and apprentice intakes run alongside the quarterly partner onboarding cohorts at the our technical team academies, so an intern is trained on the same equipment and to the same certification standard as a franchise partner's team.
Intern with usMore than an employee — a partner in our mission.
We aim to enrich lives and contribute to a comfortable society by continuously supplying products and services that customers truly need. We are looking for passionate, talented people to help us lead, grow and achieve that vision.
